what kind of lawyer

while shopping at a store, i reached for a floor cleaning product,the cap must have been loose and the chemical spilled in my eye and mouth, i had a superfical burn caused by the chemical the doctor said,no permanent damage can i charge teh store with neglagence, thankyou

Since your injury appears minor and you cannot prove who or how the cap became loose or when it became loose I doubt any attorney would take such a case. Good luck.
