Is it to late to act

6 yrs ago I found I have Hepatitis C. I worked as nurse and got pricked by a needle a couple of times. One time they could not tell whos it was. I think this is how I got it. I didnt have Hepatitis C before I got pricked and later after I did I found I had it. We found out that I have also given it to my husban. I have two kids and Im so scared I will some how give it to them. Is there anything I can do or is it to late.
