Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

I had a lawsuit for a car accident that settled 5 months ago. Before the lawsuit settled I took out a cash advance, which resulted in a lien against my lawsuit that both my lawyer and I signed. I just found out that my lawyer did not pay the lien when my case settled. What can I do legally to solve this, the money I did receive after a medical lien, and paying my lawyer all went to more medical expenses?
