Lawsuit Settlement to Minor

I was awarded a lawsuit settlement for a dog attack when I was a minor. Both of my parents were setup as guardians on the cd account. I am now of legal age and want to know how do I get my settlement if I cannot locate both parents to release the funds? Will I need to go back to court if I am only able to locate one parent?

Check with your bank, but your birth certificate should be enough.
