Lawsuit Settlement to Minor-question 2

previous question: I was awarded a lawsuit settlement for a dog attack when I was a minor. Both of my parents were setup as guardians on the cd account. I am now of legal age and want to know how do I get my settlement if I cannot locate both parents to release the funds? New Question: I've been to the bank and they would not release the funds without the signatures from both guardians...how do I proceed?

Petition the court for an order directing the bank to pay you. Good luck.

Find your parents. If that is not possible you may need to hire someone to locate them.
