Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida
I have a lawyer because i was hit from behind which had caused injuries to my neck and low back which will require surgery.i went by the lawyers office and the lady said she sent thr paperwork over to the person at fault insurance for the full amount,but i never talked to the lawyer himself and i thimk its rather low is this the norm.her policy is 100000/300000 is this just the first step,necause my chiropractor also said i needed therapy once a week for the duration of my life being that.i cannot have the surgery,please help me understand
