Need to know what legal forms to use as a contract when renting out jetskis
Yes, we are planning on opening up a mobil jet ski rental business in Florida, and need to know what forms I would use to hold ourselves harmless and to state ages or rental agreement, is there a form for this that is standard that I could use.

No standard form exists that I am aware of. You should consult with an attorney in your area to design a release, as well as to asssure complaince with licenses.

In the first place, I know nothing about FL law. Having said that, if I were in your shoes, I would contact a similar business in another area of FL (so that you would not pose a competition factor), take the owner to lunch and ask what hoops you need to jump through.
