If you are discussing auto insurance, Florida does not have a minimum bodily injury (BI) coverage.

Instead, our No-Fault Law mandates auto insurance as $10K Property Damage (PD) and $10K Personal Injury Protection (PIP).

The only way to protect yourself against the legions of uninsured and underinsured drivers is purchasing Uninsured Motorist (UM) coverage. UM protects you and serves as your BI source when another driver--who does not have BI, carries low BI levels, or is uninsured--causes a crash.

There is no legal minimum as you state it. I have never seen an automobile policy which has BI coverage with less than $10K

As for BI coverage under a commercial policy I have never seen them less than $25K.

Perhaps if your question was more detailed a more complete answer would be provided.
