Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida
Is there any legal recourse after a settlement in an auto injury case
The mediation was a farce. My attorney seemed to not represent my interests beyond only getting my $40,000 medical bills covered. I was basically intimidated into agreeing to the offer made and feared gatting stuck in a court case.. I was left with almost no compensation for four years of lost income and continuing physical problems

If you settled your chances of setting it aside based on this brief fact pattern are not very good. You need to discuss it with your attorney in detail.
Once a case is settled at mediation, then generally the case is over. Depending on the circumstances, the defense may file a motion with the court to enforce the settlement and recover their fees for that enforcement action from you. You should discuss your thoughts and feelings with your attorney. Try to see all sides since that's how a jury would be exposed to the claim.
