Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

liability insurance

At our church, we are paying a member to cook meals one night a week for about 50-75 people. Someone has decided that she is a vendor and needs to have liability insurance. Is that right?

Re: liability insurance

She is not required to have insurance, although it may be wise to do so. Perhaps the church's coverage will apply.
