Re: liabilty

Your organization has potential liability under the doctine of control of the premises. In other words, if someone affiliated with your organization creates a dangerous condition that causes an injury you may be held financially responsible. your non- profit status does not absolutely protect you. You will not be held responsible for conditions in parts of the restaurant that are not being used by your organization.Have you considered obtaining a liability insurance policy or having a protective agreement with the restaurant?
