Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

I live in florida and rent a house out. The renters have a gun can I be held liable if they shoot someone on my property.

Many people who rent have guns. Unless these people are crazy and you have knowledge of they shooting the gun in violation of the law, I do not see how you can be held liable. Are these guns legal weapons? Contact your insurance company to see what its position is on this.
