Our lawyer signed LOP''S to a few people during a auto accident i was wondering if those people still get their money if we dont get any?

Yes, they do -- assuming your lawyer had your authority to issue the LOP's and depending on what, specifically, the LOP says. Don't agree to settle unless you know what you will receive.
