Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

I have lost a lot of money on a bad used car purchase. The salesman lied to me. A local bank allowed him to park at least one car all the time in front of the bank. I believe him, in part, because of his association with the bank. I feel that I have been injurred on their property and would like to file a claim against their liability carrier. What do you think?
