Nail in Food

I was eating pizza that was delivered and bit down on something hard, it was a persons tip of their fingernail, is there anything i can do legally?

please let me know

If you were not hurt, you're probably wasting your time wondering how you can pursue legal action. Based on the information provided, it appears you are fine. If so, call the pizza place and let them know what ocurred, and maybe they'll give you a free pizza without fingernails as a way to remedy the wrong. I wouldn't take the case unless you had suffered an injury and damages were significant. I believe you have a problem on both fronts. Good luck
