Negligent burial; body required disinterment

A loved one's body, following her murder, was buried

in the wrong plot & required disinterment. In light

of her tragic death, this mistake was traumatizing.

Due to this mistake, it was also discovered that her

mother had been buried in the wrong plot and had to be

disinterred. Is there a Florida cause of action for
