Nosey neighbors that think they know it''all''
I HAVE TWIN dAUGHTERS THAT ARE DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED. AND FROM THE AGE OF 7 THEY ''KNEW IT ALL''.NEITHER ONE HAVE AN I.Q. OVER 70. WE MOVED TO A ''RURAL NEIGHBORHO0D'' AND UNFORTUNATLY FOUND A NEIGHBOR, THAT NOT ONLY MISREPRESENTED HERSELF TO ME,(I TOOK CARE OF THIS WOMAN BY, BUYING HER GROCERIES, CLEANING HER HOUSE, AND BEING A FRIEND). BUT TO THE DEPT. OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES AS WELL. BY TRYING TO HAVE THEM REMOVED DUE (MULTIPLE ACCUSATIONS AND BEING WARNED BY D.C.F.S.)TO BEING ABUSED. WHICH WAS ALL UNFOUNDED. THEY DID WARN HER AS FAR AS I KNEW. NOW I HAVE PHOTOS AND HER TWINS TESTIMONY THAT SHE TRIED TO HAVE HER MARRIED AT THE AGE OF 14-15 WITHOUT PARNENTAL CONSENT. NOT TO MENTION THAT SHE TOLD THEM THAT THEY COULD LIVE WITH HER, AND SHE ACTUALLY BEGGED THE TWINS TO STAY WITH HER. WHAT AM I ALLOWED TO DO? CAN I MAINTAIN A CIVIL CLAIM AGAINST THIS WOMAN?MY DAUGHTERS ARE NOW 18. i HAVE SUFFERED AND MY 10YEAR OLD HAS SUFFERED(FOSTER CARE) DO I HAVE A CASE?

If they are interfering with your family go to your local court and petition for an order of protection. The court clerks should advise as to what documents are needed.
