Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

I ordered a burrito from my local taco bell. About halfway through my burrito, I bit into a peice of glass. I went back to the taco bell and they were incredibly rude. What legal action can i take?

Not much unless you have damages. This is a nuisance type claim which requires some medical treatment and even then they would only owe payment of the bills and further settlement would be minimal. People tend to think these are big cases because GLASS WAS IN YOUR BURRITO. It sounds bad, but there is not much to do with legal action.
