Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida
in the parking lot of my work (nursing home), we have a shed that you have to go around to park. When i came around the shed, a young man from out of nowhere (apparently sitting on the ground behind the shed) stated hitting the back of my car claiming i ran over his foot. When i pulled into the parking spot, he ran up to my car shouting bad names. So, i called inside my work to get someone to come out, by the time someone answered the man and his girlfriend walked away, so i went back to work. In the meantime, he told his parents and the police i ran him over, flipped him off and drove away. He was treated for his bruising on his foot etc and i received a careless driving ticket. I am planning on fighting it, but what do i need to bring to court with me?
