Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida
I was a passenger in a motorcycle accident back in May 2014, I got injured and the insurance company for the bike said I had to pay my own bills and then they would
evaluate my claim. I think I have received all bills totally $9,000. I thought I would get
your opinion if I should have them close the claim and hopefully get paid. Your thoughts please?

It depends on what kind of coverage existed at the time of the accident. You need to hire an attorney to review the paperwork and information related to the accident and the coverage.
You need to consult with a personal injury attorney who handles motorcycle cases. The attorney will need more facts about the wreck, why it happened, the nature of your injuries, your medical treatment, your current medical status, whether you have any permanent impairment as a result of your injuries and the amount and types of insurance that apply to the claim. You act promptly to preserve any applicable time limits.
