If a person driving a golf cart hits a pedestrian, then keeps driving away, how much can you sue for if the pedestrian hit has broken bones, and many bruises?

You can sue for out of pocket expenses as well as pain and suffering. Broken bones are a substantial injury, and the victim needs to see an attorney. The amount you can collect will depend on the driver's assets and other facts of the case, including where/how this happened, and who owned the cart or the property where this took place.
