personal injury

when filing a suit against a proffesional is it the same as filing one against a ordinary person.for example would it be worded negliance or perfessional negligence or what?

It is called negligence. Special restrictions apply to claims of medical negligence, however, and you must comply with statutory presuit requirements designed to protect doctors and make it difficult to bring suit against them when they are negligence.
