Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

invited to a party. Upon leaving jumped by 6 guys, got 4 teeth kicked out & injured. Over $8000.00 in dental bills. 4 have been arrested. Can I sue HO ins. where this happened at? I was told by DA I can sue parents of minors, but atty. secretery said no one will take case because no ins. co. is involved, she said clause in ins. policies state deliberate act not covered. Is this true. I have had 1 full year of dental work and gone thru a lot of pain. What can I legally do?

I'm sorry to hear about your situation. You probably have a claim against the people who assaulted you. It is not likely that there would be any insurance coverage. If the homeowners were at fault,you could make a claim against them. You could also sue the people who assaulted you. Collecting from them is another thing.
