Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

Why are some physicians fearful, even threatened by patients who have been in a disabling injury which caused them to have to file for help through legal system? Doctors are actually fearful of diagnosing the cause, as well as relating the health issues from..? Why? Do you have any supportive information concerning this extremely unfortunate matter? Patient is already "disabled" from injury and it's as though some of doctors have turned on because of.. Please help!
