Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida
As Plaintiff I have filed a personal injury complaint in Pro Per. In researching the form & structure of my complaint it stated Pro Se & Pro Per as being the same and merely a matter of personal style... whereas Pro Per was generally use in State court and Pro Se used in Federal court. Now, I've come cross an article that indicates that Pro Per refers to jurisdiction. There are no jurisdiction issues... have I erred? The Defendant due to his hiding out has not yet been served. Whats a fool & an ass to do?

Get an attorney to help. Pro Se is the correct terminology in either State or Federal Court.
