Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

I'm planning to start a small lawn and pressure washing service. I would like to have a form to release me from any and all property damage that may result in performing my services. Something like a template so I can add things as I see fit.

Well, I do not think you will be getting signatures relieving you of any and all liability which may result from the performance of your services. Have you thought this through? Are you trying to say that you cannot possibly be held liable if you hit a rock and it breaks a window? You need insurance for the services you perform, not an invalid form which allows you to destroy everything in sight, not that you would do that, but such a form cannot exist, and would be void.
