Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

I just purchased a car from a dealership and when I get my receipt for my car title it shows a different car that is in my name. Is it possible to somehow get the car that is on the title rather than the one that I actually bought?

The title for your car, AND the car that you received should both match your purchase documents. The dealership should have indicated the VIN on your contract. This is the same VIN that should be on the car and the title. If you purchased a Camry, and you received a title for a Corvette, you will not be able to get the Corvette instead. For all you know, the vehicle described in your title is in a junk yard somewhere being sold for parts. Get the dealer to provide the correct title as soon as possible, you do not want to own a car without having proof of ownership. If the dealer doesn't cooperate and cure the problem, contact a general practice attorney.
