Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida
I would like to put on a concert at my uncle's business. I'm not sure if it matters, but the building is a warehouse. I understand I need parental consent for liability waivers for someone under 18, but if signs are posted on the premise basically saying "you enter at your own risk and we are not responsible" with verbal warnings before entrance, does that cover my liability if someone is hurt during the show?

No, you owe a greater duty of care to invitees than simply a disclaimer of "enter at your own risk." You should get insurance to protect yourself.
