rail road FELA disability settlement

I would like to know if my RRB disability pension can be included in a future loss wages settlement?

example/ my net earnings used as a per year figure are 40,000. my rail road disability pension nets 20,000. the rail road claim agent is offering 20,000 per year to add to my pension to total my loss earnings of 40,000.

I dont believe that my pension should be included. but I dont know. please reply, thanks. ( this is FELA law.
