Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

Recuping losses caused by ex-boyfriend

First I'd like to say I'm not sure I picked the correct area of law for my question--name removed--

Do I have a legal right to take my ex-boyfriend to court--name removed--He asked me to move in with him (I lived in OH)and on his recommendation, I gave away or donated everything in my apt--name removed--I now have no job (I left a job where I was making $86,000.00 per year), no apartment and no furniture--name removed--It also cost me--name removed--800 to move my clothes to Florida and to fly to FL.

Of course there is a lot more, but this is the major part of my issue.

Thanks for any help you can give me.

Based upon your e-mail and the facts in it, I do not see any way to take your ex to court. You would need some contract right, but all I see based on what you provided is a request to move, an acceptance and a recomendation (a bad one, but still just a recfomendation) to give or sell all your possessionas as part of the move.
