Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

We are an RV park in Sumter County, FL, which has no specific breed laws. Our insurance has no pet restrictions. If we do not ban pit bulls, rottweilers, and dobermans and one of those breeds attacks someone, would we be liable?

Being "liable" is the result of a certain cause of action: Intentional Tort; Negligence; etc.

Anyone can sue anyone for anything so I can't tell you won't be sued but provided you are taking the right steps as a property owner their success, against you, is unlikely (but will usually cost you an attorney). I would speak with an attorney or risk specialist if you want specific ideas on how to mitigate your risk in this situation (i.e. signage, notice letters, etc.).
