Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

Settlement was issued three years ago. The lawyer just reached out to me. Are there laws in Florida that require the attorney to notify and disburse funds within a specific time?

No. If the liens/bills were still being negotiated then it is possible that there was no disbursement. No laws requiring timeframe for this to occur
