Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

what settlement can you ask for when you slip at a large store, ramming your leg into an object and eventhough nothing is broken, you have alot of pain, the dr. has you on pain meds, there was a very large lump,black and blue, and the dr. has taken dopler tests and xrays. i do not want an attorney, but the ins. co. for the store wants to know what i am asking for. the store admittedly had not cleaned up a large spill.
