Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida
I did not know what I was signing at my doctors office. I thought it was medical paper work. It turns out it was something called a LOP. It was not explained to me and the Doctor avoided questions and would not submit my insurance claims. How does a LOP hold up in court?

If you signed it, in court it will be expected that you read it.

You must read everything before you sign it.
