Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

My sister put a phony Baker Act on me on May, 2014. Her boyfriend an attorney new the judge and she lied on the petition. We have the documentation. I want to litigate for false imprisonment to the hospital and go after my sister for this.

She did this as I tied up my father's estate in probate and she thought she could get even.

What attorney will take this case?

Discuss your case with an attorney. You have to have actual damages to make it worthwhile. If she lied on a Court Petition than she could be charged criminally as well.
