Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

Slip & Fall

I had a slip & fall accident on a Sunday afternoon but never went to the hospital because at the time I underestimated the severity. It wasnt until the day after that I went to see a doctor. Am I still able to take legal action even though I did not see a physician until the next day for injuries I suffered?

you do not need to go immediately to the hospital. If you are injured due to a fall, it is always wise to seek medical help as soon as possible. Taking legal action is a possiblity if there is any liability situation that caused your fall

It is not that important that you did not immediately go to the hospital. More important is whether whoever controlled where you slipped was negligent, and the extent of your injuries.
