Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

slip and fall

I fell at the grocery liquor store. I wasnt severly injured, but have a sore back and knee. The problem is they had a large rug on the floor to catch water that was dripping from the roof and the ceiling tiles were missing from the area were the water was dripping. I told the cashier and he said ''every time it rains the roof leaks back there''. There were no caution signs or anything, just a rug to catch the water. they obliviously knew about the problem. I dont know how ill feel tomorrow but isnt this a clear sign of neglagence? what happens if i cant get out of bed in three days? Do I have a legitiment beef.

Mind you I have never sued anyone ever before, but I think they put my safety at risk.
