they offer me 2000.00 but i am still in pain their ceiling was leaking

It would certainly depend upon your medical bills and medical records. If you have documentation from a physician that you have continued pain or suffered a permanent injury, your case may be worth more. I would recommend you contact an attorney to evaluate whether the offer is fair.
