Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida
Son hit head on neighbor's trailer hitch
My son was on his bike turning around in neighbor's driveway. Lost control hitting forehead on neighbor's trailer hitch sticking out six inches from truck. Injury was to skull and required ambulance. Do I have any kind of case?

Let me understand this correctly. Your son was in your neighbor's driveway and hit the hitch on your neighbor's truck which was presumably lawfully parked.
Under what basis can you show any negligence on the part of your neighbor? If there is no negligence on the part of your neighbor, then I do not see any viable claim for damages. Chances are the injury was not major either or you would have said so.
I would suggest you not puruse this line of thought. I doubt any attorney would be interested in a case such as this.
