Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida
My son was invited to a pool party and was injured in the pool. He dived off the diving board and as he was coming up, his teeth scraped the bottom of the pool causing nerve exposure to his two front teeth. We do not have dental insurance. I provided 2 estimates to the homeowner for approximately $3660 and $3670. The insurance adjuster is only paying $500. Do I have recourse?

You may be able to present a claim through the homeowner's insurance as long as you can prove to them that they are responsible for your son's injuries. You should consult with an attorney to further determine whether this is a claim that you should pursue.
Good luck.
If the insurance policy has medical and dental coverage provision, you may be entitled to make a claim.
