What is the statue of Limitations with a car accident with bodily injury in the state of fla when you did not carry bodily inj insurance but did carry pip. How long can the other parties insurance company take to bring you to court.

The statute of limitations for auto cases is 4 years from the date of accident. I assume from your question there is no contract involved.
