Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

Getting Sued....what can they take?

I am getting sued personally by a ''friend'' who was in my car when I got into a car accident. My insurance co is offering the full amount of my policy but he feels he is owed more. If he decides to sue me for more than my policy can he go after the money in my LLC? Should I sign the business over to someone else and close all of my bank accounts? If I sign it over to someone I live with can he go after them as well? Since I have not been sued as of yet shouldnt I start signing it over now and closing everything now? Or will that matter? Can my wages be garnished? How do I avoid getting my wages garnished? Your help is greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks a million

You really should see a lawyer to go over the case and the assets you have and what is or is not at risk. This question really can't be answered in this forum without a lot more information from you.
