Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

Sueing husbands mistress

I just filed for divorce after I found out my husbands has been cheating with a girl at work that we both knew(we all work for the same office) The two of them were forced to resign from my job due to immoral conduct.

Oh did I mention that I just came back from maternity leave when I found out that they had had a 1 year cheating affair. We live in the State of Florida and since this state does not care if a spouse cheats, I would like to get the mistress for personal damages for all the aggregation she and he have put me through.....including the drama I endured during my pregency. Can I sue her?

Please advise

Re: Sueing husbands mistress

No. If this woman committed specific negligent acts against you, personally, that caused you to seek medical assistance, then I would suggest you consult with an attorney by telephone.
