Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

Tobacco litigation claim

I left a message with a law firm pursuing tobacco litigiation claims in early December only to be informed 48 hours ago that they are no longer accepting clients because the deadline is Jan 11th. They had three weeks to tell me this in which case I would have called other firms!!!!!

I have desperately in the last 48 hrs called every PIP atty in my phone book, no luck, same answer.

Please help is there anyone out there still taking clients? thanks, God Bless.

I am sorry for the confusion.......I know our firm stopped taking folks in early November. Each firm is different. You may want to try another firm.
