Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

i had a tooth chipped at my local dentist (greenberg dental) and the fillings are bothering me. i changed dentist and the new dentist fixed the chip and i now have now problems with that tooth. but i still need to let them fix the other fillings. if i wanted to take the old dentist to small claims, how do i do that with not one specific owner.

It is terribly difficult. You would need to follow the medical malpractice act to sue. That is complicated. The laws that the Republican Legislature has passed favors the doctors at the expense of the victims of negligence. You will need an affidavit of negligence to start the process.
