Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

twisted ankle resteraunt

I was walking out of a reseraunt talking to a freind & suddenly rolled my ankle and the pain sent me to the ground.I was on a side walk and thre was a ramp for a wheel chair my foot rolled off of the sidewalk where it meets the ramp this was not marked & I did not notice. When I reported what had happened I was told it was my fault. my ankle seems to be ok but very sore. The store said they had no report form and the mgr would not tell me her last name. I was only trying to get them to take part of the responsibility someone could get seriously injured, and I could have problems unforseen at this time. What should I do?
