Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

A valet company damaged my fairly new pick up truck. They want me to sign this release form. i dont know if there is hidden damage if they are going to pay? I really dont want to have any undu monetary expense. This is the release:

RE: Release from liabilities for the 2007 Chevrolet C1500

Claim # SH-02281001:

RELEASE

1.

FOR THE SOLE CONSIDERATION OF $1,795.11 the receipt and sufficiency which is hereby acknowledged and accepted as good and valuable consideration, the undersigned hereby release and forever discharges SEVEN ONE SEVEN PARKING SERVICES, INC., and all affiliated or related entities, and their heirs, executors, administrators, agents, and, except as provided in paragraph two, all other persons, firms or corporations liable or who might be claimed to be liable, none of whom admit any liability to the undersigned, but all expressly deny any liability from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of actions or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever, and particularly on account of any and all injuries and damages of any kind or nature, known or unknown, both to person and property, which have resulted or may in the future develop from the (incident or accident) which occurred at The Embassy Sheraton in Tampa, Florida on February 28, 2010.

The undersigned reserves (his/her/their) right to pursue and recover all future claim related expenses, from any person, firm or organization who may be responsible for payment of such expenses, including any first party health or automobile insurance coverage, but such reservation does not include the parties released who are given full and final release of all claims, including all past, present, and future claims for subrogation arising out of the above-referenced (accident or incident).

The undersigned agrees to be responsible for, and to satisfy out of the proceeds of this settlement, any and all liens, known and unknown, and/or subrogated interests, for medical treatment, health care and related expenses, and attorney�s fees, incurred by, or on behalf of, the undersigned for any injuries arising from the (accident or incident) described herein above.

The undersigned hereby declare(s) that the terms of this settlement have been completely read and are fully understood and voluntarily accepted for the purpose of making a full and final compromise, adjustment and settlement of any and all injuries or damages, and for the express purpose of precluding forever any further or additional claims arising out of the aforesaid (accident or incident) as against the parties released.

Any person who knowingly and with intent to injure, defraud or deceive any insurance company, files a statement of claim containing any false, incomplete, or misleading information is guilty of a felony of the third degree.

The payment of $1,645.11 will be paid to Ferman Collision Center in c/o Barbara Knudson by company check no later than ten-business days after signature is received by undersigned and the payment of $150.00 for rental allowance will be paid to Hertz directly upon receipt of invoice.

The undersigned understand and agree that this Release contains the entire agreement between the parties hereto, that the terms of this Release are contractual and not mere recitations, and that this Release is entered into in good faith by all parties participating.

It's pretty standard that when you settle your claim, you will be expected to sign a release similar to the one provided to you. If you are not satisfied that the amount you are being paid fully compensates you for the damage, you should have your car fully inspected. But ultimately, if you settle this case and expect to get paid, you will end up signing a release.
