Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

My soon to be ex wife was awarded possesion of a car during a temporary order for divorce. she did not get the car tagged in her name or insure the car. our policy had lapsed and since i was not in physical possesion of the car noone woiuld insure it for me. she got in an accident in the car with no insurance and the car was tagged in my name, now my license is in jeopardy. am i liable or will the judges order keep my license safe and not have to insure the vehicle?
