What will happen

If you are being sued in the oerson win the case in you don't have the money to pay them what will happen ?

It depends. Florida is very generous to debtors. That is why OJ simpson lives here. The person to whom you owe money to, for instance, can't force the sale of your house. They will be able to bug you forever, but if you have no funds to pay, then there is not much they can do. You cannot, for instance, get you thrown into jail.
