yoga instruction (free)
can a student of mine that voluntarily takes my course (free of charge) sue me if they get hurt?

Yes, unless all waivers have been signed by the student and his or her natural guardians (parents). Payment for the course is not the key factor. Of course, even with waivers, it will not guarantee that someone will not sue, but should limit any possible damages.

The student can sue, but presumably you have a written agreement protecting you. Also, there will have to be a serious injury for a legitimate suit.
